ReuseFest in Lawrence County

PRC is excited to announce that ReuseFest is coming to Lawrence County!

This Event Is Held In Partnership With Lawrence County And Tri-County CleanWays Hard To Recycle Event And Through The Generous Support Of UPMC

ReuseFest is a one-day drop off event that diverts materials from the trash to be reused by local Pennsylvania non-profits. Community members are invited to bring their pre-loved and gently used items to be donated instead of placed in the trash. These donations are then given a second life by local non-profits to be used to make positive change in Pennsylvania!

The fall ReuseFest 2017 will take place on Saturday, September 30th at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds in New Castle, PA from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. PRC will be collecting gently used pet supplies, medical supplies, household items, books, DVDs, CDs, kitchen & bath items, and much more! Donated materials will be used by Construction Junction, Goodwill of Youngstown, Lawrence County Humane Society, and UPMC MERP! Find our complete list of accepted materials here.

PRC’s Fall ReuseFest is held in partnership with Lawrence County and Tri-County CleanWays Hard to Recycle Event and through the generous support of UPMC. Check out the event’s official flyer here.

PRC’s first ReuseFest of 2017 was held on Earth Day at UPMC Passvant in McCandless Township in Allegheny County. Over 300 participants dropped off hundreds of pounds of materials that are now doing good in southwestern Pennsylvania! Click here for more information on the spring ReuseFest!
