In July, PRC in partnership with Quaker Valley Council of Governments (QVCOG) will host a hard-to-recycle collection event at The Buncher Company’s Leetsdale Industrial Park to enable area residents to conveniently dispose of numerous items not suitable for curbside recycling:

This hard-to-recycle collection will enable individuals to responsibly recycle a wide variety of items such as televisions, computers, car tires and small Freon appliances.
Fees will be charged to recycle materials. For details, visit www.prc.org/CollectionEvents.
PER-ITEM FEE – Individuals can recycle televisions and computer monitors, printers, fluorescent tubes, small Freon appliances and car tires (with and without rims).
PARTICIPANT FEE ($5 per car) – Individuals can drop off unlimited cell/home phones, computer towers and peripheral equipment (keyboards, laptops, mice, etc.), expanded polystyrene packaging material, microwave ovens and video game consoles/DVD players.
