“PRC helps residents conveniently and cost-effectively dispose of a wide variety of items not accepted in curbside pickup,” according to PRC Executive Director Darren Spielman. “We need to divert these materials from landfills since many contain toxic elements that can leach into our waterways and our environment, while others contain valuable resources.”
The four-week collection series takes place in North Park:
Mondays, October 7, 14, 21, 28 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Wednesdays, October 9, 16, 23, 30 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Fees will be charged to recycle materials.
PARTICIPANT FEE ($5 per car) – Individuals can drop off unlimited cell/home phones, computer towers and peripheral equipment (keyboards, laptops, mice, etc.), stereo equipment, desktop copiers and scanners, electronic cables, video game consoles, VCS, DVD player and cable boxes
PER-ITEM FEE – Individuals can recycle televisions and computer monitors, printers.
