Individuals living in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and surrounding areas can learn online March 3, 11, 18 or 22 and then pick up a bin at PRC headquarters.
Individuals living in the greater Pittsburgh area also can take part in a March 30 Watershed Awareness/Rain Barrel webinar and then pick up a barrel at PRC headquarters.
On March 16, individuals living throughout Pennsylvania can take part in a free online Recycling & Waste Reduction webinar.
Participants in the Backyard Composting and Rain Barrel webinars will receive compost bins and rain barrels following the webinars. Those living in the greater Philadelphia area will pick up compost bins at Rose Tree Park in Media, Pa., while those living in the greater Pittsburgh area will pick up their compost bins and rain barrels at PRC’s headquarters located on the Northside.
