DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Status: Part-time
Salary: $20,000
Supervisor: Executive Director
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Media, PA; Hybrid – remote/in-person
The development coordinator collaborates with the executive director to organize, execute, and track PRC’s fundraising efforts. The coordinator helps to plan and execute PRC’s spring campaign, end-of-year campaign, Zero Waste Non-event, small donor gatherings, and other potential fundraising efforts. The coordinator maintains PRC’s donor database, manages administrative tasks associated with fundraising, and supports communications with donors. The coordinator also helps to research foundations and supports corporate outreach.

Provide in-field assistance at hard-to-recycle and Zero Waste events
Event Assistant
Status: Part-time / Seasonal / Contractor
Hourly Rate: $15/hour starting, increases with experience
Supervisor: Zero Waste Events Coordinator
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Zero Waste Event Assistants are an integral part of the Zero Waste and Hard to Recycle Collection programs. Apply today to start providing field support for PRC’s Zero Waste Event Services and Hard to Recycle Collections. These are contract opportunities that pay hourly. We are seeking workers with a passion for getting their hands dirty while helping divert thousands of pounds of waste from the landfill. People with food service, educational, and outdoor work backgrounds highly encouraged to apply. The positions are on an as-needed basis per our Zero Waste and Hard to Recycle Events schedule. Events are usually on weekends and evenings May – October.
