Congratulations to winners of the 12th annual LET’S CLEAR THE AIR POSTER CHALLENGE presented by the Southwestern PA Air Quality Partnership in collaboration with Pennsylvania Resources Council!
Students attending public, parochial and private schools in a 10-county region entered the competition during the 2021 – 2022 academic year.
STUDENTS LEARNED ABOUT AIR POLLUTION … EXPRESSED THEIR CREATIVITY … AND WON PRIZES!
This challenge encourages students to learn about the effects of air pollution and how to reduce their exposure — and then take action through a poster campaign promoting clean air and alternative transportation.
Students created posters using a variety of art media including watercolor, pen and ink, crayon, marker and charcoal.
