Clean out the garage…the basement…the overflowing closets throughout the house and gather gently used items — including bedding/bath, clothing, furniture, kitchen items and medical supplies — to drop off at ReuseFest Boutique on Saturday, October 14, in North Park, Allegheny County.
“2023’s ReuseFest Boutique is a reimagined event compared to previous years, with a focus on high quality material, as opposed to a high volume, to ensure that our partners receive donations that meet the standard that their missions deserve,” according to PRC Collections Manager Josh Schuneman. “While we first and foremost want to make sure that any donations can be used and diverted from landfills, some material may not be up to the standard of what is needed. Additionally, there may be capacity limits for what can be accepted on the day of the event.”
