During the summer months and COVID restrictions, grab your cameras and mobile devices and safely take photos of the worst or unusual examples of litter in your Pennsylvania neighborhood. To focus attention on the litter problem, Pennsylvania Resources Council is continuing its annual Gene Capaldi Lens on Litter Photo Contest, with a deadline of October 31, 2020 and prizes up to $500.
